ISO Certification

At Custom Sight and Sound, we are rigorously proactive in the fields of Quality, Environmental Management, Data Security and Health and Safety, achieving standards far beyond those required specifically by our industry, or legislation.

ISO Certifications

ISO accreditation plays a key role in our business and the services we offer. Here is an insight into our certification categories and how they help us provide the highest standards in our industry.

9001
2700
45001

In November 2016 we created and implemented a combined business management system which has been certified as complaint with multiple ISO requirements. We continually develop this to ensure that our clients, staff and all who work alongside us are safe, secure and dealt with in a professional, efficient and environmentally conscious manner.

Our team

14001

ISO 14001 was first introduced in 1996 as a British Standard and requires organisations to have an environmental policy and action plan in place to manage their impact on the environment. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.

9001

ISO 9001 was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do, and that they have a Quality Management System in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed to ensure progress is being maintained.

2700

The internationally recognised Information Security Management Standard, proving an organisation's commitment to the security of their customer, employee and shareholder's information. With ISO 27001 in place, Custom Sight & Sound are able to minimise risks to potential data security breaches and reduce errors and costs, while demonstrating credibility and trust.

45001

ISO 45001 is a new international standard for management systems of occupational health and safety (OH&S), published in March 2018. The goal of ISO 45001 is the reduction of occupational injuries and diseases. The standard is based on an older British standard OHSAS 18001, which was first introduced in 1999 and requires organisations to assess their risks and implement an effective Occupational Health and Safety Management System to promote a safe and healthy working environment. Certified organisations like CSS are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.
